The RV was delivered on time and the driver was super friendly and accommodating. The RV was not clean with items including underwear, clothing, and toys. It seemed like only superficial cleaning was done. The RV was also picked up a day later than the reservation.

We rented an RV through Outdoorsy to attend EDC Las Vegas with friends, and it was absolutely the right choice! The RV was exactly what we expected—clean, reliable, and perfect for the weekend. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was a great value for the price.

We rented the RV for EDC in Vegas. Pick up and drop off was perfect smooth and professional. The RV was in great condition and everything worked fine. Overall everything was to our satisfaction. If I wanted to complain about something it would be the cleanliness of the flooring in the RV. But it didn’t bother us too much.

Communication with this host is fast and easy. When I went to pick up the RV it took less than 15 minutes and there was a self-service drop off option that really made getting back home much easier.

We love the Intech Sol Horizon, it is our favorite small camper/trailer. We rented one from Outdoorsy that was managed by goHomePort RV rentals. This was a new model for us because you are renting from a third party that manages the rental for the owner. The trailer was new to their fleet of camper/trailers, so we were the first to rent this one. There were a few issues that I outlined in an email after we returned the trailer and the company (goHomePort) was committed to getting them fixing. They acknowledged that our experience was not one they wanted for their customers.
We have rented the Intech Sol Horizon before, so we are well aware of how things work. We were rushing, so I did not take the time to really check everything out to make sure it worked as I expected. Next time, I will allow more time to really confirm that everything is working as expected.
It is still a great camper, and if you haven't tried an Intech Sol Horizon, you should give it a go.

Everything went well. Generator was too small and didn’t work so host offered to refund that cost. Very smooth
